Unique Ski to Sea race

In 1973, the first Ski to Sea Race was ran in Belllingham, Washington. It is now the largest multi-sport race in the country and features hundreds of teams. 7 different legs starting at the Mt. Baker ski area takes the teams 90 miles to the salt water of Bellingham bay.
